1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners including Leopards Courier, TCS, and PostEx.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000.
- Standard shipping fee for orders below PKR 3,000 is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
- Exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after order confirmation:
- Multan: 1–2 business days
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad: 3–5 business days
- Other cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales events, or due to weather conditions beyond our control.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS/email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order in real-time on our Track Order page or directly on the courier's website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for all orders across Pakistan.
- Full payment is due at the time of delivery — pay only when you receive your package.
- Please have the exact amount ready to ensure smooth delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to schedule a new time.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders) or the COD order will be cancelled.
8. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective packaging materials for fragile items like building sets and electronic toys.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
